Long Term Disability (LTD) Insurance
LTD helps replace a portion of your income when you are unable to work due to a covered injury, illness or childbirth. Reliance Standard Long Term Disability Insurance can provide an ongoing benefit to help keep your finances stable. If you previously had a voluntary LTD policy, that coverage will end 6/30/25 and will be replaced with employer-paid coverage effective 7/1/25

For example, if you have a monthly salary of $5,000 and a rate of $1.110 per $100, the calculation is as follows: $5,000 / $100 * 1.110 = $55.50/Month
